Cleaning/Care:

Do not dry clean - use hot water extraction.

Do not use bleach.

Do not machine wash.

Do not tumble dry - air dry only.

Light steam only.

Iron - not recommended.

We recommend vacuuming regularly with an upholstery attachment, since dust and dirt can cause the fabric to wear more quickly.

Spot cleaning can be used for stains such as dirt, coffee, or red wine. Be careful to blot and/or brush lightly since fibers can be broken or matted in the cleaning process.

1. Before cleaning, blot up liquids on the surface with a clean, soft towel and bruhs off any loose dirt.

2. Prepare a cleaning solution of 1/4 teaspoon of mild, enzyme detergent such as Tide detergent or Dawn dishwashing liquid per 1 cup of lukewarm water.

3. Apply the cleaning solution using a misting spray bottle. Allow the solution to soak into the fabric so that detergent can begin to break down the stain. Do not oversaturate with the soap and water solution as all soap will need to be fully removed.

4. Work the solution into the affected area by lightly scrubbing it with a soft sponge or a soft bristle brush. Make sure to work from the outside of the stain inward so as not to spread the stain and rinse your brush or sponge frequently.

5. Rinse thoroughly with clean water to remove all soap residues, as leftover soap residue will attract dirt.

6. Blot excess moisture with a clean towel.

7. Allow fabric to air dry to evaluate if further care is required.

8. Repeat steps 3-6 as needed.

To treat more challenging stains such as salad dressing or mustard, immediately apply an absorbent, such as cornstarch, directly onto the stain. Let sit for 10 minutes to help lift the stain. Remove the excess using a straight edge or ruler to prevent the stain from being pressed into the fabric. It is imperative to utilize vacuum extraction to remove any excess absorbent. Then proceed with the routine spot cleaning process.

Do not rub or brush excessively, or you may cause fuzzing.
